			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Integration of your inner parts is vital to freeing yourself from inner struggles. If 2 parts of of you(or more) are wanting opposite things then there is a big likelihood they have never met each other. Once you introduce different parts of yourself to each other they will workout how they can best help each other out and achieve all your goals and desires without compromising your security. Sure sometimes you will still need to push your comfort zone. That&#8217;s unavoidable if you really want to make positive lasting change in your <span id="more-23"></span>life. I&#8217;m betting you do. If you did not want to create peace internally then you wouldn&#8217;t even be reading this writing. You&#8217;d refuse to admit that you need to sort out somethings that are going on inside you.</p>
<p>Many people including myself believe the external world always reflects your internal world. If your having some sort of difficulty externally you may fix it by starting internally. What believes or thoughts or values need to change internally for your happiness externally? This can also be seen on your body, the better food you put into it, internally, the better health you get externally. Are you loading your mind with junkfood? Watching too much tv and too much radio all the time is sure to fill you up with junk. News is aimed at getting higher ratings through shocking you. Are you trying to live up to an ideal image society has shown you? Are you trying to reach someone else&#8217;s goals? Perhaps some clever marketing plans convincing you that you may buy your happiness? I hope not.</p>
<p>Going beyond the perceived safety of your current lifestyle is essential to breaking out of old thinking and behavioral patterns. Learning is not necessarily gaining knowledge. Learning only happens when we actually change our behavior in contrast to the new information available. Once you begin to change your habits and thoughts into positive habits and positive thoughts your inner world will become a lot more peaceful. You can only feel and experience negative emotions when you have an expectation or judgement about something. Once there is no expectation there will be no emotional reaction. You have many tools that will help your inner world gain space and peace and as you transform internally your external world will catch on too. It may take a some amount of time but you will see the results you want once all parts of your mind have a common desire and you stop wasting your life energy on fighting yourself. In summary inner space is waiting for you to make peace with all parts of your mind and work towards a common goal.</p>

If your mindset is something like &#8220;I want to stop this super hot sexy lady and get her number&#8221; you are attaching to your outcome too much. Putting too much pressure on yourself and creating anxiety. When you go in with a much more relaxed mindset like &#8220;I want to talk to this person and see if I can make them smile&#8221; it becomes a lot easier to do an approach.</p>
<p><span id="more-13"></span>  There are many different mindsets that can be useful in approaching women(or men) to bring the anxiety levels down and the motivation and confidence up.</p>
<p>One Great mindset &#8211; That this is just a dream. If there was a dream and they are part of my imagination would I be scared to talk to them? Of course not! Next time you see someone you want to talk to, just think to yourself this is just a dream and I want to talk to this dream person. It can throw off your anxiety all together. What if the interaction goes badly? Who cares its just a dream!</p>
<p>Another word you could use instead of mindset is intention. Depending what your intention is depends how easily you manifest it. Instead of intending to have sex with every person you approach just intend on seeing if they have the qualities you want in a man/woman. This can also be called qualifying. Qualifying is very important as it quickly and easily identifies those you want to continue interacting with and those you would rather not waste your time on. Now I&#8217;ll combine all of these elements into one method below:</p>
<p><strong>Method One</strong></p>
<p>Intention/Mindset: &#8220;I want to make you smile&#8221;</p>
<p>Context: &#8220;This is just a dream so i don&#8217;t have to be nervous&#8221;</p>
<p>Pickup line: &#8220;Hi I just saw you walking past and just had to say hello. Are you always this good looking or am I still dreaming?&#8221;</p>
<p>That is all. Just the basics and your good to roll. The more you work on these intentions and mindsets the easier it will be to approach!</p>

Remember over 70% of communication is non-verbal. Does that mean you can say almost anything and attract who you want? The short answer is YES! <span id="more-9"></span>Read below to see how to improve that 70% of your game.</p>
<p><strong>1. Relax </strong></p>
<p>If your on edge, your going to make the other person nervous and panicky. The more relaxed you are, the more relaxed they will be too. I don&#8217;t mean be completely dead and non-energetic. The next tips will all compliment each other so I won&#8217;t go anymore into this one.</p>
<p><strong>2. Be non-reactive</strong></p>
<p>When they are testing you or insulting you or anything offensive. If you show that you are unaffected by them it will show that you don&#8217;t get put out easily and will gain some respect and higher status in their head.</p>
<p><strong>3. Eye contact</strong></p>
<p>Easy on the eyes. Make sure to look into their eyes at least once until they look away or if it goes on too long. You don&#8217;t want to creep them out but you don&#8217;t want to seem like a wuss. Through eye contact you can convey many messages. I like to look at them like I am smiling at them in my head or just want to kiss them. Not too intense. If you know what your doing you can give them intense sexual eye contact but it may be too strong for some however others will then get turned on and you&#8217;ll be instantly very attractive to them. It also often turns on their sexual organs in the body and can make it harder for them to follow an intellectual conversation. <p><strong>4. Don&#8217;t fidget</strong></p>
<p>Just don&#8217;t do it. If you really need to move your hands or feet you can lean slightly from one side to the other very slowly so no one notices, or with your hands you can run them down the stream on the side of your jeans(if your wearing jeans) slowly and it will not very overtly obvious.</p>
<p><strong>5. Be grounded</strong></p>
<p>Have your feet on the ground. Feel the soles of your feet. Direct your attention into your body and into the ground and this leads perfectly into the next tip.</p>

Just be present and let it flow!</p>
<p><strong>7. Talk Slow &amp; Deep</strong></p>
<p>This is very important. The slower you talk and deeper(if your male) the better the other person will understand you and feel attraction. The other reason is often you speak too fast when your a little nervous. So slowing it down might just bring it back to normal pace. I like to turn it down about HALF what I think it should be. The bass in your voice when you talk deeply and slowly really turns women on. For women, talking slower is also very important as often you&#8217;ll flood the man with too much energy and he may get overwhelmed.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t need to try and remember all of these things at once. Obviously that would contradict the 6th tip. <strong>Just pick one</strong> and make a conscious effort to implement it into your everyday interactions. After awhile it will become subconscious. Once that happens pick another one until you have all 7 tips on auto-pilot. Now go attract whoever catches your <strong>attention!</strong></p>

Take a moment and really feel what your body lusts for. Is it more frequent sexual encounters? Is it more than one person in bed? Is it a certain outfit you want your partner to wear and act out? These desires and impulses are only <strong>natural</strong>. We are sexual beings after all.</p>
<p>Sex is an expression of who we are and we need not hide our true intentions. Society often programs us in ways that make us feel guilt or ashamed of having certain thoughts. This leads us to have 2 internal movements. One moment is trying to contain such socially unacceptable behavioral fantasies. The other is simply trying to connect with your <strong>true self</strong>.</p>
<p>What will I do? How do I <strong>express</strong> myself to my partner without sounding demanding? These are the tough questions that you have to face. You may not like the answer to some of these questions. If <strong>deep down</strong> you really want to experience them and your partner is unwilling to participate or just plain can&#8217;t help you then you will have to decide if your willing to step up and actually go after what you want and desire in life. However its very possible your partner would will love to participate with you and possible even tell you their very own secret fantasies that you didn&#8217;t know existed.</p>
<p>One of the most gentle ways to let them know how you feel is to write a letter to them addressing your desires. That&#8217;s right, good old fashion pen to paper. You may give it to them as your leaving for work and tell them to read it. You may put it in their letterbox with their name on it. You can pop it on their desk in their room somewhere they will visually see. Use your imagination and this can be done hundreds or even thousands of different ways. If you have a very open and honest communication with your partner then you don&#8217;t need to resort to anything so gentle. Just tell them. Give them space to talk it out with you.
